Carasi, Ilocos Norte

Carasi is a town in the Philippine province of Ilocos Norte. In the 157 km ² area lived in 2010 inhabitants in 1473, resulting in a population density of 9.4 inhabitants per km ². The area is very mountainous and difficult to manage. By Carasi also flow the two rivers Cora and Macuton.

Carasi is divided into three barangays:

  • Angset
  • Barbaqueso
  • Virbira
