Carl Albert Andersen
Carl Albert " Flisa " Andersen ( born August 15, 1876 in Østre Aker, † September 28, 1951 in Oslo) was a Norwegian athlete and gymnast, who was successful in the early 20th century. He participated in three Olympic Games: 1900 in Paris, 1906 in Athens and 1908 in London.
- In Paris, he went to the two jump competitions - the high jump and pole vault - at the start. In the Pole Vault, he won with skipped 3.20 m BRONZE behind the two Americans Irving Baxter ( gold with 3.30 m) and Meredith Colket ( silver with 3.25 meters), and in the high jump, he came with a power of 1, 70 m in fourth place ( the third-place finisher, the Hungarian Lajos Gonczy, jumped 5 cm higher).
- At the Olympic Games in 1904 in St. Louis, he was not at the start.
- In Athens and London Andersen participated as a member of the Norwegian Turner team and won once each GOLD and SILVER.

As its name no longer appears after 1900 among the three winners of the Norwegian Athletics Championships, is to assume that he finally moved over to the gym after that date.
