Ceán Chaffin
Ceán Chaffin ( born June 26, 1957 as Cean Chaffin Kimberly ) is an American film producer.
Life
Chaffin is best known for her work as a producer of films by director David Fincher. The two met in the early 1990s to know when filming a commercial for Coca -Cola in Japan, directed the Fincher and Chaffin worked as a producer ..
Early in her career she produced, among others, the music videos of Michael Jackson Scream and Bed Time Story by Madonna. In Fincher's film Seven of 1995 it was already mentioned in the credits. Since the film The Game, which was completed in 1997, it produced all the films Fincher, including eg 2002 Panic Room with Jodie Foster actress.
For the film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, she received at the Academy Awards in 2009, together with Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall, a nomination for Best Picture. Also at the BAFTA Awards and the PGA Awards, the film was nominated.
2011 was Chaffin for The Social Network about the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, this time with Scott Rudin, Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti, once again nominated for an Oscar for best film.
