Charles Louis, Prince of Anhalt-Bernburg-Schaumburg-Hoym
Karl Ludwig of Anhalt- Bernburg - Schaumburg- Hoym ( born May 16, 1723 in Schaumburg, † August 20, 1806 ibid ) was the third Duke of Anhalt- Bernburg - Schaumburg- Hoym and Dutch General.
Life
Karl Ludwig was the eldest son of Prince Viktor I. of Anhalt- Bernburg - Schaumburg- Hoym (1693-1772) from his first marriage with Charlotte Luise (1680-1739), daughter of Count Wilhelm Moritz Isenburg and Büdingen in Birstein.

From his first marriage with Benjamine Gertrud Emperor (1729-1787) Karl Ludwig had a daughter:

The prince married in New Braunfels on 12 December 1765 Eleanor ( 1734-1811 ), daughter of Prince Friedrich Wilhelm of Solms- Braunfels, with whom he had the following children:
