Chiltern (District)
Chiltern is a District in the county of Buckinghamshire in England. Council is based in Amersham; significant sights are Chalfont St Peter, Chesham, Chesham Bois and Great Missenden.
The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of the Urban District of Chesham and Amersham Rural District. It was named after the Chiltern Hills.
