Chocolate spread

A chocolate hazelnut cream is a sweet spread, the taste of which is essentially based on the information contained hazelnuts or almonds (minimum 10% ) and the cocoa content. There are a variety of products that differ in nut, cocoa and sugar content in some cases considerably. As with chocolate, the main ingredients are sugar with a maximum of 67 % share, and vegetable oils and fats for the creamy consistency.
