City of Ghosts is an American film drama directed by Matt Dillon from the year 2002.

Action

Jimmy Cremming ends up in Bangkok after the massive insurance fraud has been exposed and he had to leave the United States. He finds out that his partner and mentor Marvin is submerged in Cambodia and sets out to search for him - after all, he owes Jimmy nor his share from the insurance fraud. In Cambodia, he meets the beautiful Sophie, who offers him together to start a new life in Laos. But still wants Jimmy did not give up his search for Marvin. When one day the foot of Marvin is sent as unequivocal warning him, everything spirals out of control and Jimmy has to fear for his own life.
