Vincent is part of the metropolis of Perth, the capital of Western Australia. The area is 10 square kilometers and has about 27,000 inhabitants.
Vincent is located just north of the Swan River and is bordered to the south-west to the city center of Perth. The seat of the Town Council is located in the district of Leederville, where about 2700 inhabitants.
Management
The Vincent Council has nine members, eight Councillor elected by the residents of the two wards (four each from North and South Ward). The Mayor ( Mayor ) and Council President is also elected by all residents of the Towns.
