Cléden-Poher

Cléden- Poher ( Breton Kledenn - Poc'hêr ) is a commune in the Finistère department of Brittany in the west with 1104 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).

Location

The place is centrally located in the west of Brittany, near the town of Carhaix -Plouguer and the River Alder. Quimper is located 42 kilometers (km ) southwest, the wholesale and port city of Brest 60 km north- west of Paris and about 460 km to the east (in straight line ).

Infrastructure

Cléden- Poher is located near the intersection of several national roads. In Landivisiau, Morlaix and Guingamp in the north there are runs on the highway E 50 Brest- Rennes and at Chateaulin, Quimper and Lorient, in the west and south by the E 60 Brest- Nantes. In the aforementioned communities are also stations on predominantly parallel regional rail lines. The train station of Brest is the end of TGV Atlantique to Paris. The airports Aéroport de Brest Brittany, near Brest and Lorient Bretagne Sud Aéroport de Lorient at the next regional airports.
