Cold Chillin' Records

Cold Chillin ' Records was an American hip- hop label in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The label was founded by music producer and DJ Marley Marl. The company's first headquarters was the home of Marlborough 's sister in the council estate Queensbridge in Queens, New York City.

Cold Chillin ' was one of the most influential labels of the so-called Golden Age of hip-hop and musical home of the Juice Crew to Marley Marl, Biz Markie, Big Daddy Kane and others.

Short term existed, the sub label Livin 'Large Records. A little later came the dispute between Marl and the label and his rights were granted to all the songs he had produced for Cold Chillin '. In 1998, the label was closed.
