About Colen Ferguson, there is very little useful sources. Neither his birth nor his place of death and the associated data are preserved. Also about his education and his career beyond politics nothing is known. One thing is certain: He lived for at least some time in Delaware and was a member of the Democratic Party. Miller and Chairman of the State Senate. He was the first Lieutenant Governor of Delaware, who belonged to a party other than the governor.
