Condamine (Queensland)

Condamine is a small village with about 400 inhabitants in the Australian state of Queensland. Condamine is located 34 km south of Miles and 186 kilometers north of Goondiwindi on the Leichhardt Highway. The city is located in the administrative area (LGA ) Western Downs region.

Condamine is considered the place where the Condamine Bell, a small bell made ​​of sheet metal that was used to locate herds of cattle was invented.

The Condamine River flows through the western part of the city.
