Crispian Hollis

Roger Francis Crispian Hollis ( born November 17, 1936 in Bristol) is an emeritus Bishop of Portsmouth.

Life

Crispian Hollis received on 11 July 1965, and was ordained priest incardinated in the Clergy of the Diocese of Clifton.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on 13 February 1987 Titular Bishop of Cincari and auxiliary bishop in Birmingham. He received his episcopal consecration of the Archbishop of Birmingham, Maurice Noël Léon Couve de Murville, consecrated him on 5 May of the same year the bishop; Co-consecrators were Joseph Gray, Bishop of Shrewsbury, and Mervyn Alban Alexander, Bishop of Clifton.
