Cristian Bucchi

Cristian Bucchi (* May 30, 1977 in Rome, Italy ) is a retired Italian footballer and current coach.

Playing career

Association

The native Romans was a wanderer among professional football players. 1998 played for Perugia Calcio striker, a year later for Vicenza Calcio. Bucchi returned to Perugia, where he wrote less sporty headlines. He received international attention as one him in 2001 with his teammate Salvatore Monaco of nandrolone doping convicted (as well as the Portuguese international Fernando Couto ). Cristian Bucchi was sentenced to nine months lock. The new beginning succeeded at second division Ternana Calcio. This was followed by the clubs Catania Calcio, Cagliari Calcio and AC Ancona. In the season 2005/ 06, the center forward with FC Modena was with 29 goals scorer in the Italian Serie B. The now 30 -year-old joined the 2006/07 season for Napoli. In the 2007 /08 season he played for AC Siena. Further stations were FC Ascoli Calcio Bologna. In the season 2009/10 he wore the shirt of AC Cesena, after he signed the SSC Napoli.

National

Bucchi came three times for the Italian U- 21 team, a field that scored a goal.

Coaching career

After Bucchi had in 1936 passed in the 2012/13 season, the Primavera team of Delfino Pescara as head coach, he was promoted after the dismissal of Cristiano Bergodi in March 2013 to head coach of Serie A team. In July 2013 he was introduced as head coach of third division side AS Gubbio 1910.
