Crusoe (Film)

Crusoe ( Alternative title: Robinson Crusoe - Journey to Adventure) is a British- American drama film from 1989 directed by Caleb Deschanel, the screenplay was written by Walon Green based on the novel Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe. .

Action

The action takes place at the beginning of the 19th century. The Southerners Crusoe is a slave trader and is considered greedy. He travels with his ship to Africa to kidnap new slaves. Crusoe survived the disaster of his ship and is stranded on a secluded island. First, he believes that only he and a dog were on the island.
