Cutral Có
Cutral - Có is a city in southwestern Argentina, located in the department Confluencia in the center of the province of Neuquén. It has 33,995 inhabitants (2001, INDEC ), making it the second largest city of the province. Together with the neighboring city of Plaza Huincul it forms a conurbation with a population of 46,268.
Geography
Cutral - Có is on the Patagonian meseta, 110 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Neuquén, with which it is connected by the National Highway Ruta Nacional 22. The area is geographically part of the landscape of the so-called Monte with a dry and windy climate.
Economy
Cutral - Có is the center of a vast area, is conveyed into the petroleum. It also has a fertilizer plant and some petrochemical industry.
Sports
So far there was only one match of the Argentine national football team in Cutral - Có: there was Haiti On 6 May 2010 defeated 4-0. This Cutral - Có is the southernmost place where Argentina fought out an international match.
