IV is the fourth studio album by American hip hop group Cypress Hill. It was released in 1998 on the label Ruffhouse and Columbia Records and was awarded in the U.S. for over 500,000 copies sold in gold.
Cover design
The album cover is kept in dark green tone. It shows three skeletons standing, left holds his hands to his eyes, the middle beats the hands on the side of the head or over the ears and the right holds his hands to his mouth. The lettering Cypress Hill IV is located at the top of the screen.
Guest Posts
Six tracks on the album included guest appearances by other artists. So MC Eiht raps a verse on Prelude to a Come Up. The rapper Barron Ricks is equal to six songs (audio X, Steel Magnolia, I Remember That Freak Bitch ( From the Club ), Tequila Sunrise, Rags to Riches, Feature Presentation ) represented. The latter also occurs Chace Infinite in appearance.

Chart hits and singles
The album debuted in the 43rd week of the year 1998 to position 17 in the German charts. In the following weeks it took the courts 20; 25 and 20 Overall, IV stopped 25 weeks in the Top 100 in the U.S., the album debuted at number 11, and left the charts after 16 weeks.
