Cyrillic Extended-A

The Unicode block Cyrillic Extended- A ( Cyrillic Extended -A 2DE0 to 2DFF ) contains so-called combining letters for old Cyrillic texts that are placed over a previously entered character. These are almost exclusively consonant letters, by their Superskription was formerly the case of a vowel letter ( usually ъ or ь ) one parte. Thus one finds in the handwriting shown on the right about in the 3rd line " Съвершеннаг " ( " Съвершенна ⷢ " ) for " Съвершеннаго " in the 5th line " иных " ( " ины ⷯ " ) for " иныхъ " or in the 6th row " съставленна " ( " съста ⷡ ле ⷩ на " ) for " съставленна ".
