Damiano Quintieri

Damiano Quintieri (born 4 May 1990 in Cosenza ) is an Italian footballer who is the JK Nõmme Kalju in the Estonian Meistriliiga under contract. Besides Quintieri stands with Marco Bianchi another Italian in Nõmme Kalju in the squad.

Career

Damiano Quintieri was born in the Italian Cosenza which belongs to the region of Calabria. At the age of thirteen Quintieri went to Milan where it played with Inter Milan in their youth teams of Primavera. Later he came to AC Pisa and AC Montichiari. When AC Montichiari which is located in Lombardy he came to his debut in Serie D in Italy. With the club he joined at the end of the season on the C series, but the midfielder chose the club after one season to leave and therefore moved to Melito di Porto Salvo for local fifth-tier AS Valle Grecanica, which is located in his home region of Calabria. In January 2012 Quintieri signed a three -year contract with JK Nõmme Kalju from the Estonian Meistriliiga. His debut for the club from the Tallinn district Nõmme he gave on Matchday 3 of the 2012 season against the JK Tallinna Kalev after he came in to replace Kristen Viikmäe.
