Daniel Brinkmann ( born January 29, 1986 in Horn-Bad Meinberg ) is a German football player.

Career

Brinkmann was standing at his hometown club SC Paderborn 07 as a professional player in the second division under contract. His debut as a professional player he was in the 2005/06 season in an away game in Rostock as he came on in the second half for Hüzeyfe Dogan. In his third appearance, a 2-0 away win over Dynamo Dresden, he scored the opening goal scored his first goal.

Brinkmann was founded in 2005 by the then coach of SC Paderborn, Pawel Dochev, suspended, what his successor Jos Luhukay revised. In October 2007, he was released from the club's management of SC Paderborn turn, and his contract was terminated at the end of the month.

In the summer 2012, the FC Energie Cottbus Brinkmann committed. He signed a three-year contract until 30 June 2015.

Brinkmann completed one match for the German U -21 national team against Italy.
