Daniela Samulski ( born May 31, 1984 in Berlin) is a former German swimmer.
Career
Daniela Samulski is a versatile swimmer and will start in the disciplines butterfly, freestyle and back, especially over the shorter distances. She's Season - European Champion in 2006 and multiple German champion in individual and relay events and current European record holder in the 50m backstroke (as of 08 /2010).
She trained between September 2008 and December 2010 coach Henning Lambertz at SG Essen. Previously, she coached at the SG Bayer Wuppertal / Uerdingen / Dormagen near Henning Lambertz together with Steffen Driesen and the SV Preußen Berlin.
At the beginning of 2011, she announced her retirement from competitive sport.

- Undercut, just 3 minutes later by the Russian Sujewa in the semifinals to a hundredth of a second: World record in the 50m backstroke ( long course ) on 29 July 2009 at the World Championships in Rome ( 00:27,39 time)
- Participation in the Summer Olympics in Sydney in 2000 over 100 m butterfly and 4 × 100 m freestyle
- Participation in the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing than 100 m butterfly and 4 × 200 m freestyle
