Danièle Dupré
Danièle Dupré is a French chanson singer of the 1950s. She lived in her childhood some years in Brazil. Back in France, she took singing lessons, had musical performances and played a supporting role in the 1957 comedy The Parisian woman.
She represented Luxembourg in the Grand Prix Euro Vision Song Contest 1957 in Frankfurt am Main. With the ballad Amours mortes ( Tant de peine ) she reached the fourth place. Some of her singles appeared still to be worked as an interior designer at the record company Polydor, after she retired from the music business.
