Declan Quinn

Declan Quinn ( Irish: Ó Deaglán Cuinn ;) ( * 1957 in Chicago, Illinois) is an Irish -born American cinematographer and a three-time recipient of the Independent Spirit Award for Best Cinematography.

Quinn comes from an Irish family and is the brother of actor Aidan Quinn and director Marian Quinn.

Since 1984 he is a cameraman and helped the novice writer Jimmy Small Horne, to make the film 2by4. He was director of photography and camera operator for the film Rachel Getting Married (Rachel Getting Married ), directed by Jonathan Demme, who was shot with the shoulder camera in a documentary style.

He lives with his wife Etta and his four daughters in Orange County, New York.

In his career so far Quinn has three times won the Independent Spirit Award.
