DeDee Nathan

Le Shundra Nathan (also: Dedee Nathan, born April 20, 1968 in Birmingham, Alabama) is a former American heptathlete.

In 1991, she won gold at the Pan American Games in Havana. She was eighth in the pentathlon of the World Indoor Championships in Toronto in 1993 and came at the World Championships in Stuttgart on the 17th Place.

In 1995, she was eighth at the World Championships in Gothenburg and won bronze at the Pan American Games in Mar del Plata, 1997, she was seventh respectively in the pentathlon of the World Indoor Championships in Paris and at the World Championships in Athens.

1999 get her victories at the pentathlon of the World Indoor Championships in Maebashi and the all-around meeting Götzis. The following year, she qualified as a winner of the U.S. eliminator for the Olympic Games in Sydney, after 1992 and 1996, just missed the Fourth attendance, and there took ninth place. In 2001 she defended her U.S. title and finished seventh at the World Championships in Edmonton.
