Deniz DoÄŸan

Deniz Dogan ( born October 20, 1979 in Lübeck ) is a German -Turkish football player. His twin brother Huseyin Dogan is also football player and was until early August at SV Meppen under contract.

Career

Dogan began his career at Eichholzer SV, a club in his native town of Lübeck. In 2001 he moved to the Regionalliga Nord to the amateurs of Hamburger SV.

After just one season he went to the second division VfL Osnabrück, whose relegation to the Regionalliga he could not prevent. For the season 2004 /05 changed Dogan to league rivals VfB Lübeck, where he was a regular for three seasons.

On 1 June 2007 Deniz Dogan initially signed a two year contract with Eintracht Braunschweig. In the season 2010/11 Brunswick Dogan celebrated the championship of the 3rd league and thus promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga. On the 36th Matchday he had suffered a broken fibula in the home match against VfB Stuttgart II. On 14 October 2011 he was in the second league away game at SC Paderborn 07 his comeback in the Eintracht team. In the 2012/13 season, he rose as a table runner behind Hertha BSC Eintracht Braunschweig in the Bundesliga. In this he made his debut on 10 August 2013 ( 1st Round ) in the 0-1 defeat at home to Werder Bremen.
