Jan Washausen

January Washausen ( born October 12, 1988 in Göttingen ) is a German football player.

Career

Washausen joined in 2006 the youth of Eintracht Braunschweig, having previously played for several clubs in his home town of Göttingen.

In the 2007 /08 season he was awarded a professional contract with Eintracht Braunschweig for the Regionalliga Nord. His debut in senior football was Washausen on August 4, 2007 in a match of the 1st round of the DFB Cup against SV Werder Bremen. Later in the season he played 15 league games in which he was able to record a hit and was involved in the qualification for the newly created 3rd league.

In the 2008 /09 season he played 18 games in the first team and 2009/10, as the concord only just missed out on the rise of places to the Second League in fourth place, 12 games. In the season 2010/11 Eintracht Braunschweig celebrated as the master of 3rd league promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, but Jan Washausen came only five season bets. A year later Washausen was also because several other players from Brunswick back line failed due to an injury, but in total used in the second half of the season 2011/12 back to regular players and 17 times in the league. After a foot operation Washausen missed the entire first half of the 2012/13 season, which finished the concord as the leader.

In January 2013 Washausen was loaned to the end of season 2012/13 to the third division Kickers Offenbach. His league debut came on 19 October 2013 ( 9th Round ) in the 2:3 defeat at home to Schalke 04
