History

The Rhine -Main Railway was built by the Hessian Ludwig Railway and participated in the August 1, 1858 to operate on. The station building well preserved was built in the style of romantic Classicism 1861-1863. Formative are the arched windows. The Rodgaubahn was opened on 30 October 1896. Its southern stretch Dieburg large -rooms clean home in 1965 shut down and dismantled. The station is currently served exclusively by regional trains. It operate 80 regional trains ( RB- two lines ) and 40 buses ( four lines) per day:
