Digimon Adventure (Japaneseデジモン アドベンチャー, Dejimon Adobenchā ) is an anime movie from the year 1999. It is the first of nine films that belong to the Digimon franchise and is the first film about the eponymous first Digimon series. The animation studio Toei Animation produced the film.

Action

The film is set in 1995, four years before the first series, and accesses the incidents in Hikarigaoka (West End district ), a district in Tokyo district, Nerima, which meet the Chosen ( DigiDestined ) for the first time on Digimon. It all starts with the fact that the four-year Hikari Yagami ( Kari ) discovered one night as a Digiei appears on the computer of the parents. As a seven year old Taichi Yagami ( Tai), Hikari's older brother, also appears, the egg comes out of the screen. The siblings decide to keep the egg. The following morning, a Botamon hatches from the egg. At first, it is completely shy and hides under the bed of children. It begins to grow again and transforms into a relatively oversized Agumon. Agumon jumping, with Hikari on his shoulders through the window of the nursery. Taichi makes itself immediately on the way to his little sister to find. The Reptiliendigimon directed to uncontrolled damage in Hikarigaoko while watching Hikari completely nervous as Agumon attacks everything in its environment. In the sky, suddenly a huge Digiei from which hatches a Parrotmon appears. Instant attacks the Vogeldigimon Agumon and Hikari. Taichi finds them at the scene.
