Diosdado Talamayan

Diosdado Aenlle Talamayan (* October 19, 1932 in Manila, Philippines) is a retired Archbishop of Tuguegarao.

Life

Diosdado Aenlle Talamayan received on 30 November 1956, the ordination.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on 20 October 1983, Titular Bishop of Girus and Auxiliary Bishop of Tuguegarao. He received his episcopal consecration by the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Bruno Torpigliani, on January 12, 1984; Co-consecrators were Teodulfo Sabugal Domingo, Archbishop of Tuguegarao, and Miguel Gatan Purugganan, Bishop of Ilagan.

On 31 January 1986 he was appointed John Paul II appointed Archbishop of Tuguegarao. Pope Benedict XVI. adopted on June 15, 2011 to be for reasons of age pre- mounted resignation.
