Downing is a municipality ( with the status of Village ) in Dunn County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In the census in 2010 Downing had 265 inhabitants.

Geography

Downing is located in the central northwestern Wisconsin at 45 ° 02'47 " north latitude and 92 ° 07'56 " west longitude. The municipality covers an area of 7.67 km ².
