Downtown MRT Line
The center line ( engl. Downtown Line ) is to be the fifth MRT line in Singapore. You should have completed at 33 stations and be 40 km long. Commissioning is in three sections: DTL1, DTL2 and then DTL3. To be transported every day then over half a million passengers.
The line will be entirely underground, the operation of automatic and driverless. To the line include a new depot ( Gali Batu Depot) behind the station DT1 ( Bukit Panjang ). Furthermore, an access road to the 2009 opened (Kim Chuan Depot) created near DT28 ( Kaki Bukit ), where the trains are waiting for the new line with the guidelines of the ring line.
