Duane Dennis

Duane Dennis ( born February 6, 1969 in Vernon, British Columbia ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player who played on the position of the left wing. In the German Ice Hockey League he played for the Kaufbeurer eagle.

Career

1988 Dennis began in the British Columbia Hockey League with the hockey games where he went two seasons for the Vernon Vipers on the ice. Then he packed four years for the Acadia Axemen from the CIAU the skates. In his last season for the Acadia University, he completed two more games for the Prince Edward Iceland senator from the American Hockey League. He spent the following season alternately at the Wheeling Thunderbirds in the East Coast Hockey League and the Cape Breton Oilers of the AHL.

Dennis then moved to Europe where he played for one season at EHC Neuwied from the German 1st league, before he also signed for one season, the HC Thurgau of the Swiss National League B. In the season 1997/98, the striker was initially at the Italian club HC Merano on the ice, but was also in the German Ice Hockey League at the Kaufbeurer eagles for use, for which he played nine games. Then Dennis graduated four years the SC Riessersee from the 2nd Bundesliga, before he finished his career in 2002/ 03 in the ERC Selb in the big leagues.
