Dulce is a settlement on community- free area, which is conducted for statistical purposes as a census-designated place (CDP). The place is located in Rio Arriba County in the north of the U.S. state of New Mexico. In 2010 Dulce had 2743 inhabitants.

Dulce is called by the Jicarilla Apache settled here as Loosi and is the main town and administrative headquarters of the Jicarilla Apache Reservation and therefore has a clear majority Indian population.
