History

In 1923 the company of Merritt J. Osborn was founded as Evaporato Company and a short time later in Economics Laborator Inc. (EL ), headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, renamed. In the 1930s, especially the dishwashing product SOILAX was known. After the death of the company founder in 1960, his son Edward Bartley Osborn took over († 1978), the company.
