Elizabeth Guess

Laurie Elizabeth Guess ( born January 11, 1985 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American football player who was most recently in the 2013 season at Portland Thorns FC under contract.

Career

Between 2008 and 2012, played Guess intermittently for the second-rate team Soccer Plus Connecticut and the Atlanta Silverbacks FC in the W-League or WPSL. In the 2012/13 season the League BeNe they ran on for ADO Den Haag and came on 27 September 2012 compared to the LC Rossijanka to use one in the first round of the Champions League.

The beginning of 2013 she was engaged as a so-called Discovery Player of the Boston Breakers for the newly founded NWSL. Your league debut on April 14, 2013 against Washington Spirit. In April, her contract of Boston was closed, but she signed a few days later at Premier League rivals from Portland. Through her first race for her new team on April 27, 2013, it became the first player in the young history of the NWSL that had accrued for two different franchises.

Beginning of January 2014 Guess was released along with goalkeeper Addie Gay of Portland.
