The Elle brook, popularly known also Ellbach or ( the ) Elle, is a 33.6 km long tributary of the Rur in the district of Düren in North Rhine -Westphalia, Germany.
Course
The river rises on the former military training area Drover Heide, which is located in the municipality Kreuzau. The source of Elle Bach is located south of Kreuzau - floor home. From there it flows northward under other about Merzenich and low trim to Jülich, where it flows into the river Rur.
The catchment area of Elle Bach amounts to 104.7 km ².
