Emre Özkan

Emre Özkan (2013 )

Emre Özkan ( born December 24, 1988 in Uskudar in the province of Istanbul) is a Turkish football player, who stands at Kardemir Karabükspor under contract.

Career

In the club

Emre Özkan began with the club football in the youth of Feneryoluspor and moved from there in 2002 in the youth of Bağlarbaşıspor. In the same year he fell to the talent hunters from Beşiktaş Istanbul and he then moved up in the youth of Beşiktaş. February 2006, he was here a professional contract, but continued to play mainly for the reserve team and came in only three competitive games used. At season's end he and his team succeeded in winning the Turkish Football Cup.

For the 2007 season he played on loan in various Turkish teams. He spent August 2007 to February 2008 at Zeytinburnuspor, from February 2008 to May 2008 at MKE Ankaragucu and from January 2009 to May 2009 at Eskişehirspor.

In the summer of 2009, he was awarded for one season at Orduspor. Here he knew to convince, so his loan period was extended for another season. In his second season he made with his club to promotion to the top Turkish league, the Super Lig came a planned change to the end of the season because of the excessive transfer fee not materialize; as extended to the rental period to another season. In his first Süper Lig season, he came up with 18 league games.

For Summer 2013, he moved within the league to Kardemir Karabükspor.

In the National Team

Özkan began early on to play for the Turkish youth national teams. He went through the U -18, U-19 and U-21 youth team.

In addition, he was nominated again in 2011 for the second selection of the Turkish national team, but did not play.
