Erich Fried Prize
The Erich Fried Prize is a literary prize, which is awarded by the International Erich Fried Society for Language and Literature in Vienna.
Is sponsored, endowed with 15,000 Euro prize by the Federal Chancellery of the Republic of Austria, art section. Each year, a juror is determined, which in turn solely responsible selects the winners from the Board of Trustees of Erich Fried society.
With this award, the memory of the leading Austrian writer Erich Fried to be kept alive.
