Errol Kerr

Errol Kerr ( born April 12, 1986 in Truckee, California) is an American freestyle skier, who competes for Jamaica. He specializes in the discipline of ski cross.

Career

Kerr is the son of a Jamaican father and a U.S. citizen. The dual citizens learned to ski in the region around Lake Tahoe. Like most ski crossers, he was first alpine skiers and first drove for the American Ski Association. As of December 2001, he denied FIS races, the first victory was followed in March 2003. Starting in February 2004, he was also in the Nor- Am Cup used, whereby he focused on the disciplines of downhill and Super -G. Notable successes largely failed, his best result in a Nor- Am race was a sixth place in the season 2006/07. In September 2006 he won at the New Zealand Giant Slalom Championships.
