The École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales et Économiques (short ESSEC ) in France is one of the leading private business schools. It is among the French elite colleges. The college was founded in Paris in 1907 by the Jesuits. In 1973, the Campus Cergy, a western suburb of Paris has moved. The teaching language is partly English and French. The faculty is distinguished by its internationality, 30 % of professors come from abroad. More campus located in Puteaux (La Défense ) and Singapore.

Rankings and Accreditation

In 1997, ESSEC has been accredited as the first business school outside of North America by the AACSB. In 2003 the MBA program was awarded an accreditation by EQUIS.
