The European Route 28 (E 28) is a running in the east-west direction road through Europe Central, East-Central and Eastern Europe. It begins near the city limits of the German capital Berlin at the Berliner Ring in Brandenburg and runs through Poland, Russia ( Kaliningrad Oblast ) and Lithuania to the Belarusian capital Minsk.
