Fairfield is a mountain in the Lake District, Cumbria, England. The mountain is 873 meters high and has a saddle height of 299 m, which identifies him as Marilyn.

The northern and southern flank of the mountain are of very different character. The southern flank, lies at the foot of Grisedale Tarn is gently sloping, grass -covered meadows characterized by and reminiscent of a horseshoe. The northern flank, however, extends much more dramatic steep and interspersed with rocky outcrops to the top, something that Alfred Wainwright in his description of the mountain to be much more popular - because dramatic - designated by the visitors of the Lake District.

There are a variety of opportunities for advancement at the Fairfield. It is possible the mountain of Grasmere from to climb as well as from Patterdale. A path also leads from Dunmail Raise pass on the mountain. The Fairfield can be climbed as a highlight of the Fairfield Horseshoe trail.
