Fajãzinha is a Freguesia (municipality ) in the district of Lajes das Flores Azores on the island of Flores. Through the municipality of Ribeira Grande, the largest river of the island, 300 meters deep plunges in a waterfall flowing from the plateau. The nearest towns are Faja Grande in the north and in the south Mosteiro. Fajãzinha was connected only in the 1950s to the road network of the island.

Not far from the central Rossio Square is the built in 1776-1783 three-nave church Igreja Nossa Senhora dos Remedios. She is considered one of the most beautiful churches on Flores. The place has a small dairy and outside, on the road to Faja Grande, a water mill. Above the town, the picturesque pond Poco da Alagoinha, which is fed by numerous waterfalls.
