Fausto Pari

Fausto Pari ( born September 15, 1962 in Bellaria -Igea Marina ( RN ), Italy ) is a retired Italian footballer.

Biography

Club career

Pari began his career in his home town of Bellaria -Igea Marina at AC Bellaria Igea Marina and scored for the first team of the club in his first season four goals. After one season, he moved to Inter Milan, and remained there two years. At Inter he was first master, remained however without use, for his debut, he should only give a year later on March 22, 1981 against U.S. Pistoiese. This, however, remained his only duty stake for Inter and therefore he went from there to Parma, then playing in the C series. There he also remained two years before he went back to Serie A, and indeed to Sampdoria. Sampdoria he remained nine years faithful and celebrated there his greatest successes. In his second season at Sampdoria, the team won the Coppa Italia, as well as in the years 1987/88 and 1988 / 89th The cup victories allowed Sampdoria the participation in the European Cup Winners' Cup where the team reached the final in 1988-1989 and in the 1989-1990 season after a victory over RSC Anderlecht, could win the cup. Manager career

Shortly after the end of its active in 2000 he was sports director of U.S. Brescello. In 2002 he began working as Technical Director, in collaboration with Arrigo Sacchi to work at FC Parma. After quitting his job at Parma he was still working at Sampdoria, AS Bari, Spezia Calcio and FC Modena.
