FIA European Truck Racing Championship

The Truck Racing Championship is a motor sports race series for specially prepared competition trucks, which discharges their race exclusively in Europe. Since 1985, this series is organized as European Truck Racing Championship. In 1994 she was acquired by the world automotive sports Highness FIA, the auslobte and 2005 European Cups and the 2006 series appreciating the full European Championship. The technical regulations are nowadays defined by Article 290 of the International Sporting Code of the FIA. The race trucks form the group F in the vehicle classes the FIA.

European Championships

1985-1993

The Class A ³ was limited to trucks with a maximum of 11,950 cc displacement, the class B to 11,951 cc to 14,100 cc and category C to 14.101 cm ³ to 18,500 cm.

1994-2005 ( FIA European Cups)

Since 2006 ( FIA European Championships )

The elimination of the Super Race Truck class, a title in the category race trucks was only awarded yet.
