Firefighters Corps of Paraná State

The Fire Brigade Paraná (Portuguese: Corpo de Bombeiros because Polícia Militar do Paraná ) is a subdivision of the Military Police of Paraná ( state police ) whose duties of civil protection, prevention, firefighting, search and rescue operations, as well as public aid, within the state of Paraná there. Background

The establishment of a fire department was initiated by Emperor Dom Pedro II during his visit to Paraná in 1880.

Uniforms

The fire service has always used the same uniforms as the Policia Militar. The only difference are and were the respective badges, emblems and badges course.

Belt use

The use of belt is one of the most traditional parts of the fire brigade uniform, which, with the exception of some minor changes that takes place in Brazil since 1887 use. The rescue service Serviço Integrado de Atendimento ao trauma em emergencia ( SIATE ) is performed by the fire department of the State of Paraná. Community Fire Stations

The guards of the Community Fire Department are the first places for firefighters of the State of Paraná.
