Five World Trade Center

130 Liberty Street (also known as Five World Trade Center ) is a planned office building in New York City at the World Trade Center complex. The skyscraper was named for its address at the Liberty Street.

The building will be located on the site of the former German Bank Building. On 22 June 2007, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that JP Morgan Chase 290 million U.S. dollars to spend to lease the building for a construction of a 42- story building. However, the realization is questionable since the financial crisis. Since then, it is feared again, the planned building could not be farmed. To date, a completion has not yet been posted. On 25 March 2010, the Port Authority announced that they have taken responsibility for the development of the building, in addition to the other buildings at Ground Zero. With 226 meters height, it would still be lower than the other World Trade Center buildings. Is owned by the New York Port Authority. The tower will house 42 floors.
