Franz Tscherne

Franz Tscherne ( born December 3, 1964 in Graz) is an Austrian actor and director.

Life

Tscherne played since the age of 19 at the theaters in Zurich, Basel, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Berlin ( Renaissance Theatre ), Frankfurt, Munich (eight years Bavarian National Theater ) and in Vienna at the Burgtheater and the Theater in der Josefstadt. He also appeared at the Vienna Festival and the Theatre Meeting in Berlin. In the roles of Alfred ( Tales from the Vienna Woods ), on Cleante ( The Miser ), Junker Bleichenwang ( What You Will ), Pylades ( Iphigenia in Tauris ), he worked with directors Hans Hollmann, Rudolf Noelte and August Ever thing, Leander Haussmann, Amélie Niermeyer and Robert Lepage together. In film and television Tscherne was in the TV productions all my daughters, Kommissar Rex, White Blue stories, crime scene or Axel Corti 's Radetzky March film in which he plays the young Emperor Franz Josef to see. Director he led in 2004 " The Mädl of Suburbia " by Johann Nestroy at the State Theatre of Lower Austria.

In the field of musical theater, he played at the Aalto Theatre in Essen under the direction of Stefan Soltesz the Perchik in Fiddler on the Roof Musical.
