The community association Freinsheim is an administrative unit in the form of a local authority in the district of Bad Durkheim in Rhineland- Palatinate. The municipality includes the town Freinsheim and seven independent local churches, the council is based in the eponymous city Freinsheim.

History

The community association Freinsheim in 1972, as all unitary councils in the former administrative district of Rheinhessen- Pfalz, on the basis of the " Thirteenth state law on administrative simplification in the land of Rhineland -Palatinate " re-formed. The coat of arms of the municipality is quartered.
