Fulgence Rabemahafaly

Fulgence Rabemahafaly (* May 23, 1951 in Miarinavaratra, Madagascar ) is Archbishop of Fianarantsoa.

Life

Fulgence Rabemahafaly received on 14 August 1980, the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On 3 June 1999 by Pope John Paul II appointed Bishop of Ambositra. The Archbishop of Fianarantsoa, Philibert Randriambololona SJ, gave him on 31 October of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Moulins, Philippe Barbarin, and the Bishop of Ambanja, Odon Marie Arsène Razanakolona. On 1 October 2002, John Paul II appointed him Archbishop of Fianarantsoa.
